[Eichmangrp] UPDATE: Carpet Cleaning - 5th floor

Hi all,

Carpet cleaning has begun! The cleaners were able to hit floor 8 and most of floor 7 last night. They expect to finish floor 7 and start floor 6 tonight. There is a chance they will also begin floor 5 tonight. Please prepare your area for possible cleaning tonight and tomorrow night.

I should receive another update tomorrow.

I just confirmed Carpet Cleaning on the 8th and 9th floor will go ahead as planned starting tonight.

MRBIIII Carpet Cleaning is starting on 8th and 9th Floor on Tuesday. January 18th, we advise everyone that they should remove items (do not worry about chairs and tables) from the floor in their office or work areas so that the vendor can easily clean the entire area. We also tell them to put a sign on their door saying “No Carpet Cleaning” if they prefer not to have the work done. If they do opt out, please let them know that this annual cleaning is at no charge and any future carpet cleaning have to be put in as a Custodial Special in the Ready app.

As of this email, the local meteorologists are predicting 5” to 10” of snow in the middle TN area. So, there is a possibility that this date may change. I will check with the Custodial Manager on Tuesday to confirm they are on schedule or not.
