VUIT has detected break-in attempts on one of our servers and needs to conduct a security audit beginning this afternoon (Thursday), through the end of business on Monday. During the audit, the system will be inaccessible from the internet. For external users, the following services are expected to be impacted:



*        CSB email lists

*        Confluence

*        Trouble Tickets

*        The legacy web server including instrument scheduling



During this time, you should access these services via the University VPN.
