[Eichmangrp] MRB3 Carpet Cleaning in January

Hello all,

I received information from the Dean's office that MRB3 has been scheduled for carpet cleaning on Jan  18 - 20 and Jan 24 - 26. It's my understanding that the carpet crew will start on the 9th floor and work their way down floor by floor. They will be in the building around 8pm and leave the building around 5am each day.

Please lift all personal items (this does not include chairs) off the floor for a more thorough cleaning. Since we don't know when they will reach the 5th floor, it's probably a good idea to remove personal items from the floor each of those nights. If I receive an updated schedule, I'll let you know.

If there are particularly dirty or stained areas that need attention, please let me know by close of business on Monday, January 10.
