[Csbstaff] Connecting to VPN

Many users are having issues connecting to the VPN due to high usage.  Users SHOULD NOT use the VPN unless required.

It is not needed for Outlook, Box, Zoom, Brightspace, or other items using SSO.  It is needed for shared drives, Active Directory access, Nomachine, and a few other specific applications requiring users to be "on campus."

Users SHOULD disconnect from the VPN when not actively using it.
