Data Visualization with Amira

Amira is an advanced commercial software application that allows one to quickly create complex, detailed visualizations of a wide variety of data types. See the gallery below for examples of Amira data visualizations from several different disciplines of study.

Access to Amira data visualization software is available through ACCRE and the Center for Structural Biology. Amira runs in the Visualization Facility on the SGI Onyx4 and is remotely accessible on your PC or UNIX workstation via the Vizserver service.
