[Sandersgrp] Refrigerator Duty Schedule

Hello all!

Let's try this again. I've created a new schedule for the refrigerator clean out each week. The schedule is also listed below and takes us to the beginning of December. I'll try to do better about sending weekly reminders. Since I didn't get the new schedule out sooner, please try to clean out the refrigerator by Monday afternoon for this week.

Here is your first weekly reminder ... Office 5110A is responsible for the refrigerator duty this week. If you're unsure of your office number, step outside and take a look at the office sign.  The refrigerator should be cleaned out - and that includes throwing away items that have been carelessly left behind - on Friday afternoons.

Basic steps for cleaning the refrigerator:

  1.  Wipe down shelves (wipes and cleaner are under the sink - if we're out, LET ME KNOW)
  2.  Discard expired items

The CSB provides liquid dishwashing detergent and sponges, which are also kept under the sink.  If we're out of any of these items, please let me know.

And finally, a bit of self-policing ... check that YOU haven't forgotten something you put in the refrigerator a while ago. Throw it away if it is expired!  Label items that you do not want to be thrown away.  If you have multiple items that aren't feasible to label individually, please place the items in a bag and put a label with the date on the bag.
