Hi all,

I'm taking some time off and will be unavailable most of the week. I plan to check email periodically, but I won't check it regularly. Below is a list of instructions if you need something while I'm away. If you need me for something before I'm away, you should contact me by Thursday morning, at the latest.

Your announcements and instructions ...


  *   Ship via FedEx - contact Amanda Renick-Beech (amanda.renick at Vanderbilt.Edu<mailto:amanda.renick at Vanderbilt.Edu>) or Angie Pernell (angie.pernell at Vanderbilt.Edu<mailto:angie.pernell at Vanderbilt.Edu>). They are in Mass Spec and can prepare the shipping label and email it to you. You must print it, attach it to the package and then take the package to a FedEx drop box. There is a drop box located in the MRB3 basement and at the MCN Roundwing entrance.

  *   Make sure you send the following information by 12:00 pm noon for overnight shipments:
     *   Recipient Name
     *   Address
     *   Phone number
     *   Recipient FedEx account number OR the POET/COA to charge for the shipment (you can get this from your lab manager)
     *   Estimated package weight AND whether or not shipping on Dry Ice
     *   They also ask for the package dimensions (height x width x depth)



  *   Building maintenance - please contact Alex Fisch (alexander.fisch at Vanderbilt.Edu<mailto:alexander.fisch at Vanderbilt.Edu> or on Slack) to enter your request. Or you may enter your request directly via the Facilities Ready App: https://ready.app.vanderbilt.edu/.



  *   Library/CSB Calendar - If the room is available, you may use it. Check the schedule outside the door.



  *   Procurement - please wait until my return. If your purchase can't wait, please contact Mary Heath (mary.k.heath at vanderbilt.edu<mailto:mary.k.heath at vanderbilt.edu>). She will find someone to help you.



  *   Emergencies - contact Mary Heath (mary.k.heath at vanderbilt.edu<mailto:mary.k.heath at vanderbilt.edu>).
