We have a new color printer!  Happy!  Happy!  Joy!  Joy!  It should be installed Thursday ... just in time for the break.  I'll let you know when it's operational.

Subject: CSB Color Printer

I just wanted to let you know that the color printer is currently not working.  It needs black ink, but the black ink block will not load.  Rather than spend a lot of money on a service call and inevitable repair, we are planning to replace the color printer.  I hope to have more information very soon.  I apologize for the inconvenience.
