[Lybrandgrp] Concerning the color printer

Hi all,

The color printer is currently functioning properly but this morning there was an observed error code in the printer LED readout that started with the following -

Printer Error: 99, 039.00

which required a printer restart.

With that said, if you happen to notice the printer in a similar error state (Printer Error: 99,039), please send me an email (admin at csb.vanderbilt.edu) right away and leave the printer as-is, i.e., do not restart. since an Xerox technician will need to check the device while in this error state.
