[Eichmangrp] CSB Color Printer Update - Going offline tomorrow (Oct 8)

Hi all,

The CSB color printer (currently located in room 5136) goes offline tomorrow (October 8). The printer will be removed from the room and not relocated. It is important that you install necessary drivers on your computer to access Campus Print.

If you're having a technical issue using CampusPrint, please submit a trouble ticket online: https://wp0.vanderbilt.edu/csb/csb-computing-core-facilities/csb-trouble-ticket-system/, or via email: support at csb.vanderbilt.edu<mailto:support at csb.vanderbilt.edu>.

If you receive an "insufficient funds" error when logging into the new printer/copier, please send me (karen.d.davis at vanderbilt.edu<mailto:karen.d.davis at vanderbilt.edu>) an email with your VUNetID so that I can add you to the CSB account.

Note that when printing to the new printer/copier, you must either use your Vanderbilt ID to login or you must enter your VUNetID and password to login.
