Hi all,

I was informed today of a cell phone theft on the 6th floor of MRB3. Please be aware or your personal belongings and refrain from leaving unsupervised laptops, mobile phones, purses, etc., where they might easily be taken. Err on the side of caution and lock doors when no one is in the office. If you are the last person on the daily schedule for the Skype/Zoom room, then please lock the door when your meeting is over. Be diligent to make sure doors on the main hallway are closed and locked after 6pm even if someone is still working in the lab or office.

If you see someone who is unknown to you walking through the CSB area, ask them if you can help them locate an office, or report them to Campus Police at 615-322-2745. The VandySafe app is also available for download to quickly contact campus police, get a virtual walk home and access other safety options.
