Notes:	The programs `pdb_to_xyzr and pdb_to_xyzrn` are companion programs that generate MSMS input from standard PDB files. These programs require the file `/sb/apps/msms/atmtypenumbers` to map atom names into Connolly numeric codes and atomic radii.
