The "Using MSMS" tutorial details how to use
the program and gives a simple example.
See how to render the surface as a "surface dataset" in
Dino.

Notes: |
The programs pdb_to_xyzr and pdb_to_xyzrn
are companion programs that generate MSMS input from standard PDB
files. These programs require the file
/sb/apps/msms/atmtypenumbers to map atom names into
Connolly numeric codes and atomic radii.
